The Role of Legal Executives at TEAL

As a Legal Executive at TEAL, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the legal team, contributing to the preparation of Legal Scrutiny Reports and providing legal opinions. Your work will empower clients to make informed decisions and simplify their property due diligence journey. This role requires a minimum of 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conducting and verifying title due diligence to provide comprehensive legal opinions.
Drafting and vetting contracts and other legal documents.
Efficiently managing assigned cases and promptly reporting any escalations.
Coordinating with external counsels and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Conducting research on land laws of different states and collaborating with vendors for securing documents and reports.
Handling property registration work and other related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

TEAL is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Ability to work with confidential documents.
Basic understanding of real estate laws (knowledge of RERA is an added advantage).
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi (the ability to read at least one of these languages is essential).
Prior experience in real estate law and knowledge of basic property documentation is an added advantage.
