The Moot Court Competition: A Platform for Legal Excellence

The 4th National Moot Court Competition organized by CHRIST (Deemed to Be University), Delhi NCR is a highly anticipated event in the legal fraternity. The competition will be held from February 8 to 10, 2024, at the Delhi NCR campus of CHRIST (Deemed to Be University).

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to students pursuing LLB three-year/five-year courses during the current academic year. Each team must consist of three members, although a two-member team may be allowed to participate at the organizers' discretion. The team should comprise two speakers and one researcher, with the researcher allowed to argue with prior permission in case of illness of the designated speakers.

To ensure fair competition, teams are prohibited from disclosing the identity of their institution. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties, including disqualification, at the organizers' discretion. No additional team members beyond the designated three will be entertained, and participants' names should not appear on or within the written submissions.
