No Refund Policy

LegalStix Law School has a strict "No Refund" policy for all its Programs. Once a student has paid the course fee, it is considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal from the course, dissatisfaction with the course content, and personal emergencies.

100% Money-Back Guarantee – Conditions Apply

While the No Refund Policy is our standard practice, we offer a conditional 100% money-back guarantee for students who fulfill specific criteria:

1. Active Participation: Students must actively engage in the course for a continuous period of one month from the date of enrollment. Active engagement includes attending all scheduled classes without absence and completing all assigned exercises, assessments, and readings.
2. Evaluation and Claim: After the one-month active engagement period, if a student feels that the course has not offered any value, the student may file a refund request within seven days after the completion of the course.

Procedure for Claiming Money-Back Guarantee

1. Submission of Proof: Students who claim the 100% money-back must provide evidence of their active participation in the course, which includes but is not limited to attendance records, completed exercises, and assessments.
2. Review: Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the submission to ensure it complies with our guidelines.
3. Approval and Refund: If the refund request is approved, the entire course fee will be refunded to the student through the same payment method used during enrollment, as per Indian financial regulations.

Exceptions to No Refund Policy

The 100% money-back guarantee is the sole exception to our No Refund policy. No other conditions or circumstances will warrant a refund.

Students are responsible for understanding the conditions of our refund policy at the time of enrollment. LegalStix Law School will not entertain refund claims that do not adhere to the prescribed conditions and timelines stated herein.
