  1. Round 1: Proposal of Amendments (Written Drafts) - This round will entertain a maximum of 70 registrations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants will be required to submit their written drafts proposing constitutional amendments.
  2. Round 2: Oral Presentation - Out of the registered teams, only 15 teams will be selected for the second round. These teams will have the opportunity to defend their proposed amendments through an offline oral presentation.
